Quad alt wiring help me please.

I have a DC power 270xp that is internally regulated.

I have a quad alt bracket for my 04 yukon coming.

I want to just hook up 3 oem alts, that can be had for $100 ish and do 145/80 each, and the dcpower alt together.

I am under the impression, that to do this I need to externally regulate the alts, using either a transpo box or a VCM, so that they all charge at the same voltage.


Can I do this?

Do I need to get different alts to do this?

or is there another way to wire them all together?

Just jump them off factory alt wiring. That's what I did.

Yep, 3 of mine charge @ 14.5v, 1 charges @ 15.1 v.

So you just paralleled all of the wires together on all the harnesses?

Where did you buy the harnesses from?

All parallel, got them from eBay, 10.00 each.
