To start, I have an '02 Lincoln Ls. The coming week I will be having my Clarion CX501 head unit installed and my 2 12" Sundown Audio SA-12's installed. The subs will be ran off an Audioque AQ2200 amplifier in a custom ported box. What all do I need for the install, etc..? Wiring, etc..?

1/0 ga ofc wire, speaker wire, ring terminals, some sort of mounts to keep the box from sliding around

Buy an amp kit. It'll have everything you need like power wire, ground wire, inline fuse, ties, wire terminals, etc. Buy a good quality one with OFC wire. And get a 0 gauge kit. You can find them on ebay or sonicelectronix.
