Hi everyone ! im new here i hope i posted in the right section. I just bought a second hand subwoofer an i cannot identify the model or the brand and i hope one of you guys cand help me beucase i dont have any ideea what specs (power, impendace) this subwoofer has so i dont know what else i need to put in to use . i have some pictures below. thanks!

That looks nothing like an eclipse TI cone/surround. Maybe something from TC(which built the TI subs) but not a TI it self.
Odds are it is something they have available over there that is not here. You have to remember that their audio business is booming literally over there. Much like it was over here in the 1990's. It could also be a custom built driver as well. Hard telling these days.
I wish I was not on my phone right now. I may be able to get you more info if I wasn't.
Ya its not something offered here Im sure... TC soft parts it would appear but the bottom plate looks like old Rockford and the frame looks like an Alpine lol
