yea, that's a thought, i'll look into that, thanks.
Just run a wire out from your car's fuse panel. Find a fuse that's ignition switched, and run a wire from it (down stream side of fuse) to the rem turn on of your amplifier.
Pay United Radio to fix your headunit.
yea, the red wire should have worked, i don't know what the deal is with the wiring in the back of the deck, i did a pretty shabby job installing everything years ago, i need to redo it. i don't wanna pay to have the deck looked at, if anything, i got a buddy who will sell me his old eclipse deck for $40. i've never heard of wiring anything straight to a fuse before, that's a thought. i think i'm gonna go fool around with it for a bit again before i take off for work here. thanks for the input fellas.
You can also run it to a toggle switch/pref one that lights up,so to remind you to turn off,and wire to AUX in the fuse panel,or Extra???You can even wire it to radio fuse under dash,so that it will work off ignition(toggle power) .Just have to remember to turn volume down, and switch it off...you know??Done a by-pass for a fan-relay on a honda like this.Or??Try repairing /replacing radio ?????
