Big 3 question for those whose battery is not in the engine bay

So my battery is right behind my 2nd row passenger seat, so I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to run the Big3 wiring. Is there really anything I need to do different? I guess I'd need to run a 0/1 wire from the block to where the battery is like normal. Just additional wire I need now since the batteries not in the engine bay. There is a jumper terminal in the engine bay, just FYI.

Current set up: 2010 Buick Enclave, 2 12" MMATS PROCASTS 2.5@35, MMATS D200HC
Hertz 165XL comps in front door, Eclipse XA4000(switching to Alpine 1507)
Pioneer Z150bt Nav, Audio Technix all around.

66 Pontiac GTO, modified stock radio, Xtant 3150x, Trubass 8", Kicker KS6.5's in the front kicks.

that jumper terminal in the engine bay is probably using 4ga back to the battery. just sayin. otherwise i think it'd be the same. just longer wires.

I would just run a wire straight from the alternator to the battery and keep the stock wiring how it is. Just add-on 0 gauge to everything else (block to ground, batt to ground)

My battery is in the trunk and I'm going to do it this way. You could just upgrade all the wires if you wanted to, but my way is easier lol.

If it is a unibody car, your going to want to run your negative all the way to the front as well. Otherwise, you can ground the battery to the chassis in the rear, and the chassis to the block in the front.
