I've got a loud pop or thud comming from only the subs when i change songs or when i turn the volume between 0-1. no turn on or off pop though? can any one help with this?

check the deck ground. It may be loose and deriving ground from the antenna cable instead of a clean ground to frame. This can cause all kinds of weird noises.

rca's are ran down the opposite side of the power and remote turn on

ground is solid and mounted directly to frame.
