Amp selection and sub config help for a Newb

I just purchased 2-10" MTX Jackhammer JH4510-04 and I'm looking for a reasonable amp to power them, along with suggestions on the best way to wire the subs.

Subs:
4ohm
SVC
100-200 RMS
400 Peak Power
