    Mb Quart RSB 328 - 3-way components

Hey I have aquired a set of these and they came with Musicomp MCX 328 crossovers.

Now my question is, these crossovers are bi-wire compatible.
Now does this mean if I wire them that way, that i'd be running at 2 ohm?

This is important as if it is 2 ohm, I'd be running 120 rms to each , instead of 60.

Also, has anyone ever heard this set up before?

    thx

Bi wire set-ups are a waste of money and cannot be audibly detected in anything less than the absolute best money can afford. (and even then I doubt it is noticeable) So unless that's what your running don't bother, just use a high quality, higher gauge speaker wire and you will be fine. No, it would not effect impedence.

Higher guage wire raises attenuation...use 16g

I though bi wire meant that you could power the woofer and tweeter of a coaxial speaker seperatly oh wait maybe thats bi-amp well if that is the case i m sure that would make a difference in the sound since you would be feeding each driver twice as much power...
