    Semi-newb needs some help

Hey all. Ok so i've installed a few systems in my time but never without pre-outs. I have a JVC KD-S50 and all it has no pre-outs or sub-outs. I'm just wondering if it is possible to hook up subs anyway? A friend told me i could bridge the front speakers and run the other wires to my sub amp?!? Doesn't sound good to me..what do ya think (buying a new head unit is not an option)?

YOu could go with a line adapter that will turn your speaker leads into RCA's.

Run your subs off the rear channel or get an EQ. It would be recommended to run a crossover for the sub. This set-up (no EQ confiquration) will be fadeable...so the volume of your subs is dependent upon fade position.
