Right front speakers are cutting out or producing static, on an intermittent basis, not all the time. Seems to happens when I make a left turn.
Isolated each speaker at the amp, the speaker that is hooked up still has the problem. So I don't think I have a speaker wire grounding out, or just loose. Wiring to the problem speakers looks good.
I have a PPI PCX440 powering the speakers, it's about two years old. I have checked all wiring and connections, seem ok. All other speakers powered by the amp work fine all the time.
Maybe something has worked loose in the amp that feeds the signal to the right front channel?
What else to check?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
