wiring harness to Bypass factory amp

I have a 94 eldorodo with a "premium sound system". It has an amp located in the trunk. I'm pretty sure that its this silver box. I have heard that there is a special wiring harness that I need so I can put in an aftermarket H/U. It plugs in by the amp, and ou have to run the wires up to the front. Does anybody know were to find the harness?

Re: wiring harness to Bypass factory amp

I got mine at circuit city, all it was for my car was a no less than foot long bunch of wires with 2 female plugs on either end that effectivly bridge the gap when you take your factory amp out. I have to run the headunit at a higher number now that its gone, like another 1\4 of the way up to stay at the same as it was before, it was like 15 bux

It looks to me like your going to have to just run your own speaker wires manually instead of using whats already there. Im not sure if your gonna find a wiring harness to help ya out with this one. I could be wrong tho.

Re: wiring harness to Bypass factory amp

I just found a harness that is 17ft long, that will work. It is 88 dollars, but I think that is better than running it myself
