    new to the car audio world!! i have a few questions

    just thought i would add some bass into my car and found some subs i liked...Kicker 06S10L52 Solo-Baric L5 Series / http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...L5+Series.html
    i can get the pair for $200
    the amp they suggested was a performance tech 2000 W for $150 / http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...M-DIGITAL.html ...what amp should i go with? what wiring should i get?
    i have i 00 civic will my stock alt and bat. be able to handle that much, will i need a cap??? or is this something i shouldnt be worried about with the set up im getting?

    You just need to find an amp that does ~900W @ 2-Ohms. +/- 100-200 W would still be fine.

    That should work fine. But I wouldn't worry about a cap right now, just upgrade your big 3 and if you still get dimming throw an extra batt in there. But I think you will be okay.
