MDF Where can I buy it?

I want to try building a box and I need to know where can I buy MDF board to make the box. One more question. Do the specs they give you for the recomended size box include the space the sub takes up? They recomended a box 0.7 to 1.0. So if I build a box 0.7 do I have to make it a little bigger to compensate for the sub? Thanks for your help!

you can buy MDF at any home improvement store (i.e., home depot, lowes) - and yes you do have to increase the size of the box to compensate for the volume taken up by the subs displacement.
