    2nd Battery install question

I am having a few issues with my lights at night on my 2002 Pathfinder. I was going to add a cap until I read all of the posts. I would add another battery but I need to know where a good spot to install it would be and also how it would get charged.
I did such a good job hiding all my amps and wiring that I really have no place left for a battery inside the back of my Pathfinder. I would have a few small places for a Cap but I don't want crap or to buy something that really does not fix the problem.
I am not interested in a bigger alt.....
    Running near 800+ watts.

you can go pretty small with 1 battery or 2

    Kinetik HC600 http://www.kinetikaudio.com/hc600.asp
    HC 800 http://www.kinetikaudio.com/hc800.asp
    Hc1200 http://cgi.ebay.com/KINETIK-HIGH-CUR...A1%7C294%3A100

    Batcap 800 http://www.batcap.net/800.html

There are others too. They are sealed so they do not leak acid and they are decently small
    the biggest I put up here is 7.71" x 6.49" x 7.16" the smallest is about 7" x 3" x 6.5"

Yah, just get one of those there like the size of a motorcycle battery.

To install it you need to run the original power wire to the positive of the new battery, ground it, and run a wire from the positive of the new bat to the amp

is that all you need to install a 2nd battery in the trunk?..i heard somewhere that if you use this method that the battery in the trunk will not receive the proper charge..i really dont know since i am not that much of an expert, but that what i heard..i heard of ppl using isolators or hooking it up to the fule pump..I was thinking of adding a 2nd battery but when I heard these thngs then I said "nevermind"...lol
