Struggling with Xtant 301a sub amp install in 03 MDX

I had a local audio install shop install an Xtant amp + ID sub in 03 MDX. When first installed, head unit had to be turned on and off 5-10 times before sub would kick in and start playing. Remote turn on always had 12.3+ volts, and all lights displayed on amp, but would still only power sub after several shut down and turn ons of factory head unit.
Sent amp back to Xtant for factory refurbish.
I reinstalled amp, and now it won't power the sub at all!!? I've turned it on and off a couple of hundred times. Still plenty of volts to remote turn on. Input sensitivy is set to lowests level (this is adjustable on Xtant Amps).
Is it possible that I don't have enough volts coming in from input speaker wire for amp to process? I'm still using the factory head unit, and just spliced into rear speaker wires as unit doesn't have a pre-amp sub output.

As i recall xtant doesn't have speaker level inputs. So then my question would be are you using a speaker to rca converter or not? Its alot easier to see what the problem is rather than just to guess on here. I'd say take it back to a stereo shop that carries xtant.
Simple checks
B+ should have 12+ Volts
Ground should have 0 to very little resistance

It probably something easy but I'd make the stereo shop fix it, they should know what they are doing.

why dont u just take it to the store that made the install
sounds to me that the store messed up, and you shouldn't be worrying about this by urself.
Also, does the sub actually work?

indeed you paid them money to install your stuff the least they can do is make it work.
