I am trying to get everything i will need for my install before i order everything.... and right now i have a kicker 800.2 with 4 gauge wire feeding it.... i plan to get the usx 2080 for my comp set..... it says i need a 15 amp fuse while i already have a 150 amp fuse for the kicker 800.2 but kicker only recommends a 120 amp fuse..... so can I still use that 4 gauge to feed both and when i get near the amps i use a distribution block and put a 120 amp fuse to the 800.2 and a 15 amp fuse to the 2080? and it still have enough current to push both my amps to the extend or should i buy another 1/0 amp kit.... i found a stinger 1/0 amp kit with 18 feet of power 3 feet of ground another anl fuse holder with a 250 amp fuse all for 90 bucks....... i would perfer to keep the cost down so if you know another kit if i need 1/0 please tell me

How much is the USX 2080 putting out rms?

I would recommend that u use atleast a 2ga wire running towards the subs with a 250a fuse close to the battery. U don't need to put fuses at the distribution block because the large fuses are there to protect your car not your amps, the onboard fuses on ur amp protect your amp.

I would personally get the 1/0 amp kit. I would run the 1/0 as long as you could then distribute into a 2ga | 2ga. With one of the 2ga going to the kicker and the other 2ga to the USX, or u could use 4 ga to the USX because it does not seem to use much power if all it uses is a 15amp fuse. That would ensure that u are getting the adequate draw from your amps.

Oh yeah grounding both the amps in the same place would be good too. i would use no less than 2ga for the kicker and 4ga for the USX

no not really 8guage should do fine for that amp. i just like to go overboard
