    Please Help with EQ problem

Ok i installed my EQ(Clarion EQS560) to my deck(Clarion HX-d10) and everything works but there is a low crackling kind of noise that doesnt get louder with volume but always stays the same. I disconnected the harness from the EQ to see if that could be the problem but it still was making the crackling noise. With no power to the EQ but the deck on, it was still making the noise. What could be causing this problem? Its not the amps because everything else was working fine before i installed the EQ. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Thanks.
