    Hmm Will this setup work?

    Rite now i have 2 4ohm Bazooka el 10's powered by a EL1500 amp. I was thinking on adding a third subwoofer and then buying the JBL1200.1 amp, how much louder would this b, and would it work? BTW the subs are SVC....



    1x Stereo Integrity 15" Mag
    1x Hifonics 1500.1D
    1x Hifonics 420.2
    4x Infinity Reference 6x8
    1x Pioneer 8600

    how much power do those subs handle?

    250 RMS x 3 = 750 watts RMS total, amp puts out ~1350 RMS, that means you are over by 600 watts, giving each sub ~450 watts, 200 over for each sub, probably resulting in a small firework show.
