you should be fine that way, i would just make sure that you run at least 0 guage to the d-block and you should be fine.

im runnin 4awg wire knukn kullussus, i have an extra run of 8awg, should i run that directly to my red top?
so exactly how does it know where to pull the current from? i would expect it to pull half and half, if it cant pull half from one it will supliment it from the other

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.
THE MOST IMPORTANT FUSE is the one you SHOULD have from your battery before the run to the d-block. You still need a fuse near the alarm battery in case it pulls away from the d-block and between the alarm and battery. The safest scenario is to fuse every + wire as it leads away from a power souce.

lol should of mentioned i have a fuse bout 3 inches away from batt and 3x fuses on the distriblock, and my alarm comes with a fuse on each +12v wire
would it be better if i ran a 8awg direct from the 2nd battery to the redtop? i have an extra fuse holder for that also
