JL 1000/1 and 300/4 Fuse Recommendations

What size fuse should I go with to power a JL 1000/1 and 300/4? I need to know the size from the battery to the in-line fuse (blade-type fuse next to the battery) and then from the 4-way fused distribution block (glass fuses) to the amps.

I am assuming your running 0 awg....so an inline 140 - 150 amp fuse within 18" of the battery into a fused distro with a 100 and a 40/45 running 4 gauge over only a few inches to each amp. Btw I have those two amps and they are amazing....what are they runing if you dont mind me asking?

Thanks for the replies. Yes, 0 awg. I will be running 3 JL Audio 12w3v2 in a Toyota Tacoma Truck Extended cab in a sealed enclosure firing down. Now I just need to figure out the volume for the box...

    Thanks again!

You only have two choices, you can buy a 100 amp fuse holder for 50 bucks, then everytime the fuse trips, you can buy a new fuse at THIRTEEN DOLLARS a fuse. and it dont take much to trip it, if you ground somehtinng by accident, OR you can spend 50 bucks and get a 100 amp circut breaker my monster cable. Every time you trip it, you flip the switch. I had my 14 year old brother screw the circut breaker near the battery to the car.

And you shouldnt need a distribution block with fuses.
