97 Escort - Need tips to reduce rattle

I have a 97 Ford Escort with a spoiler that makes a ton of noise and also a bumper that does the same. I can use any and as many tips as anyone has to reduce this noise. Also, will dynamatting my trunk make the boom sound louder outside also?

The use of dynamat and other sound deadening material will help in the reduction of rattle in your vehicle. It all depends on how much of it you will use, and if it is in the right spots. I would recommend the use of dynanmat extreme. It dampens extremely well. And in the hard to reach areas use the spray. Using this will keep the sound inside the vehicle, and not outside the car.

I agree with what he said and also try to tighten everything down as tight as you can to help stop the rattles. Remember that the more you rattle the more bass gets taken away so good luck.

another product i saw this weekend at the car show works really good for the license plate, it was the dynamat license plate kit, but more or less all it has is a piece of extreme for the back of your plate and then a dynamte frame for the plate, but it was only 15 bucks so it was worth it to stop the plate from vibrating and rattling.
