I need a new sub stage. D2 or D4 12" SQL. I could also use a new head unit, USB is a must!

A 4 channel monster.
The 600.4 will do:
75w x 4 @ 4 ohms
150w x 4 @ 2 ohms
300w x 2 @ 4 ohms mono

I need a d4 or d2 500w-1000w RMS 10 or 12 will do. Could also use a decent head unit, must have 3 sets of outputs and USB.

I also have a Kenwood mp-342u head unit.
Has the cage, trim ring and wire harness.
