Harming someone would simply not solve anything. Why would you want to keep digging a whole for the situation? There is a legal system and if followed correctly and used correctly it works very well. I'm sure with the amount of publicity this has received and Jim making calls this will get worked out. Odds are it will be resolved prior to the authorities actually having to step in.

our legal system lets chesters with candy and kids in a van do hardly any time in prison they wont do a thing to this kid . slap in the face is the best option . or the people cooking up a scheme to get a "trade going" to take the **** back

While I understand your point and indeed I have seen this first hand, I don't think wishing harm or taking harmful action is the best course. You suggestion of two wrongs make a right is just not logical.

"100 shots for any cracker that think its sweet" and other garbage. said he talked to (mylows) lawyer? anyways... he has said a couple of times that he is sending it back. i told him that a tracking number sent to Jim, right away, MAY prevent visitors form showing up.

My brother just called me telling me this...


"I spoke with the other party in this situation and he has said he will be sending the sub out tomorrow morning, however, he has asked that the calls/texts do stop. The threatening behavior. While it may seem like harmless play, it can indeed become a legal issue and if the other party does indeed go through with sending the product back, then I would say he has the right to ask for the texts/calls to stop. I would suggest that from what I read on the forum, they stop anyway. I would think legal actions could be brought to many already under the internet bully laws... Please pass this on and let everyone know I do wish the best for this situation and hope Jim gets the product back or the trade is finished."

He did go on to say to let's see how this plays out, from my(my brother) texts with him I think he is more then understanding of the situation and will make this right.

Will do, I told my brother to ask for a tracking number when the item is shipped to help get this all cleared up. He said he will text him back and get that ball rolling as well.
