    Amp thats 1ohm stable at 750 plus rms

    Looking to buy a amp thats 1ohm stable and will be 750rms at minimum, would like a 1000 watts though. Let me know what you have. price 100-200 dollars

    I would lean towards the audio technix.. If you look hard enough on eBay you can find there 1200watt amp for 200 bucks!!! :-). NIB and shipped

    I'm actually thinking about saving up some and getting the hifonics brx5000.5d to run my speakers and sub at 1000watt at 1ohm

    mmats M2000.05D, does 2k+@.5, 1100@1 and 550@2. All underrated and will give you plenty of of headroom for upgrading later. 300 shipped

    so nobody likes the hifonics brx5000.5? I cant really find anyone who has put one in their car. I haven't been in the sound game for a while, I am building a budget cutlass and dont want to get expensive stuff stolen, but I also want it to SQ, but pound when I crank it.

    hifonics is a low quality brand. If you can even find the THD on that amp, I bet its nowhere near sound quality.
    I know two people that had hifonics amps, and now they both have hifonic paperweights that never did near rated power to begin with and bad SQ on top of being overrated.
