    6.5" comps to run of HU

    Max budget if 75$ shipped, looking for an upgrade from rockford primes lol, thanks alot.

    What exact speakers do you have now? You would probably be better off buying a small amp.



    Head unit: Kenwood Excelon KDC-X996
    Front stage: Alpine Type X PRO mids Vifa Neo 1" silk tweeters
    Front stage amp: PPI Bk800.4
    Subs: SSA XCON 12's in 4.5 cubes tuned to 34hz
    Sub amp: PPI Bk1300.1

    Buy an amp for your current setup. With HU power you're not driving them to full performance.

    I would but if you look at my other thread i am having problem right now with the LOC in my sister toyota prius, the speakers keeps switching on and off from the right side to the left and so on.     Gotta fix the issues before, find out why it's doing that. then worry about the upgrade later...

    Don't take anything out yet, fix the problem first. otherwise you may just end up with the same problem.
