WTB/WTTF: Sprint Note 1/2 or Galaxy s3

Looking to pick up a Note 1 or 2 or a Galaxy S3 for Sprint. I have a ton of things I'd be willing to trade towards one, I'll even add some cash if we can make a deal.

Things I have to trade:

SMD DD-1 (Like new, Only used twice)
Samsung Nexus s 4g (Screen is flawless, only flaw is on the back outer edges have knick on it) Also comes with brand new seidio case.
8 Focal 6M115 6-1/2" speakers
(2) AQ sd 2.5 10's, (One has a dented dust cap, other than that they are good condition)
