Line output converter

I was gonna get the lc6i, it's goin into a 08 mazda6 sedan

Guy Pm'ed and said he has a Cache CoE6 that he will sale me for pretty cheap like 55 bucks.

So it was either go with a cheap Pac Swi off ebay for 10 bucks and buy 2 since I would need one for the 4 channel and for the sub (so I was told)

or just go with this Cache. So I'm 75% going to go with the Cache since it's somewhat like the AudioControl and I heard the Pac's are cheap and you will hear noise from them. (beats me)
