Before any processing is done to alter the signal the MS-8 does a digital-to-analog conversion.

I understand that but it does the conversion from the analog signal from the RCA's or line level output of the deck... the source is essentially processed 2x.

And there you go, a proven world champion processor that is still used to this day by several SQ placeholders that still keeps up with all the new stuff. Depending on price this would be a great piece and is easy to use!

I dont need the best. Just something inexspesive/nice, that will get the job done.... If thats possible?
