JBL/Crown BPX1100.1 that will do 1200 @ 1-4 ohms ... Super clean power, and great on your electrical. a little more than $200 though

I have an Audiopipe AP15001D I could let go for $100 plus shipping. A little cheaper than you were thinking but still plenty of good power at 1ohm that won't kill your electrical too much.
