plus I offered to pay half the repair which was $60 but that wasn't good enough, and like Ive said before It worked fine for me and I had a witness so It is resolved on my half paypal will decide now....

Or you have an open dispute and that situation is not resolved thus leaving you still liable for any and all actions for that transaction. I'm not saying your a bad person or a scammer or anything. I'm saying don't post asking to buy/sell anything until you resolve that situation. Actually, that may be in the forum rules actually.
