WTB: 12" Sub on my budget!

I wanna buy a 12" sub that is between $100-150 shipped that will do around 500-600rms. I'm going to be running a RF p550.2 so i wanna use it to its full potential. 15" sub offers will be pondered on if they fit the budget! Thanks before hand for your help. I hope I'm not asking to much!

***UPDATE*** Ok so i just thought everything over and I'm not sure what I am going to do....so many offers. I mean I wanna bigger system...but the money is a huge problem at the time working a few odd jobs at times and making hardly enough to buy gas. So if anybody can make an OUTSTANDING offer for a great sub cheap then I might take you up on it. Thanks to all of the people that have helped out!
