MMATS d300hc or 1400.2 2 ohm sub

I am looking for a MMATS d300hc or a MMATS 1400.2 mono sub amp.
I have had both in the past and sold them both go figure and how it want another MMATS would prefer a MMATS d300hc just depends on the price, numbers of owners and the over all conditon of the amp.
