i have a 40gig with about 2500 songs on it...pm if interested, its sorta broken tho and it has my named laser etched into it, im planning on sending it to apple for a replacement soon, this one will not have my name in it

thx to all that offered but today i slipped by circuit city and bought a 20 gb Ipod (open box) for $240.
