Audio one is a great place with great people. They definitely push jl over there and are sq guys but their work is superb. They are very understanding people and when my sub blew the other day I asked how long it would take to get another, the guy just said "**** happens" and gave me a new sub. They are great people with great service you just have to get over the prices. If there is anywhere else in the Richmond area with similar service and cheaper price please let me know!
