1. Email us at sales@vertexaudio.com and tell us what you want to trade in and what you believe the condition is. We will then email you back and tell you what we will give you for your product. It will not be a low ball offer and will be based off of ebay/forums prices. The condition and cosmetics will affect the price we offer you. There is NO NEGOTIATING of the value we offer.
2. If you accept our offer make an account on our website if you do not already have one. Click on the “Register/Login” button on the top of the page.

3. You are responsible for shipping the item for trade to us. We will then test it for its functionality.
4. Once approved we will credit your account with “reward points” which you can use to purchase anything in the store. 1 reward point = $1. Any remaining balance can be paid with paypal or by credit/debit card.
Details:
- We will only accept car audio related items, amps, speakers, subs, and head units. No wire, fuse holders, etc.
- All items purchased using reward points must be purchased at advertised price with no other coupons except free shipping.
- All purchases will still ship free of charge.
- We have the right to refuse a trade in for any reason. Being it the brand etc.
- If we recieve the product and determine that it is in worse condition than stated in the email we reserve the right to ether decline the trade in/offer you a new trade in value.
