Does anybody know a shop in san antonio that will build a box for a good price? I went to custom sounds on bandera and they wanted $300, I just quietly left without saying a word

That is pretty much a standard price. Your best bet is to find somone on the forum in your area to build it for you for cheaper.

Dam are you serious? Just wanted a regular ported box for 2 15's tuned to 35.. Nothing too fancy

I will do it, but you buy the wood ! I will charge you a 100$
You will pay for all the materials needed. This would be a plain box offer not painted. You can do that yourself later when you get time or money. Or take the box to a truck shop and have them spray it with bed liner if you really want to make it strong. Usually cost about 100$ for that by itself.

I actually have a box right now tuned to 34hz for anyone with a pair of 10's, and has the room for it. A pair of Orion P series @ 1k did 132db\at dash of a VAN!
