Just wanted to post about customer service. 20 minutes ago I ordered something off the yard sale and accidentally paid twice with both my bank and my paypal credit. So I called sundown and connected to accounting about 15 minutes ago and told them what happened. The lady on the phone told me she would tell Jacob. So 15 minutes after the phone call I get an email that the refund was given. I know its not like a crazy out of the way customer service experience, but for a fairly large company I thought it was insanely fast and **** good service.
