    Looking for 10" subs

Ok I've searched for quite a while but can't find an answer. Can anybody suggest some decent 10" subs for under $100 a piece? They will each be in their own sealed box of about 1.0 cu^3 ft. I also want something that doesn't require too much power. No more than 300 wrms to each sub. I'm not sure about ohms and voice coils. Probably no lower than 2 ohms. Thanks.

here is a pair that are OK i suppose.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...773986326&rd=1

they would love 1cube a piece too. can take up to 300w each.

id rather spend the extra $50 and get these though (i would DEFINATLY do this)

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...773272034&rd=1

can take a little more power, but its not absolutly nessicary.

10" Solobaric "d" series - the round Solo's Small boxes, moderate power needed, 4ohm VC, and for $93.94 shipped each, so they are within your budget. Excellent subs, and for that price range they'd be my #1 option.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...61538&tc=photo - This deal is about $10 cheaper than the one above. Two 8ohm subs; wire them in parallel for a final 4ohm load.

    Re: Looking for 10" subs

Man, get two Pioneer 1500SPL's. Loud as hell. They will do fine with 300wrms and will take more when you decide to upgrade. They also require like a 1.25 cu.ft box sealed... although I would port them if you get a chance too.

I think you can get them for around $90 a piece. Some guy on the forums is selling 3 of them for under $200.

    Bought From:

    Sold to:

    Re: Looking for 10" subs

im actually on the same boat as u Dea. I have decided to just keep a simple setup and wire the JBL amp to 4 ohms for a good 700 watts. From what ive seen on this thread I would probably take the old solobarics into consideration. But im sure theres plenty more out there. I got 300-350 watts to each to work with. How are american bass subs?

actually they use a 1cu.ft sealed box the 1.25 is ported. I just bought one myself. but im porting mine, and the guy selling 3 on here has no references and wont ship first thats why he cant sell em cause i offered to buy 2 as well as 5 other people with alot of references.
thbis is who i got mine from
