    some advice please

    i have an mtx 125x2, 250 watta bridged amp, i wana buy 2 kicker comp 10's, wuld bridging it help at all or no? and will these subs sound good with this amp?

    Bridging would be the best option as bass is primarily mono in most applications. (some exceptions) This way- both subs will be similar in response and also produce a little better output.

    Make sure your amp is able to handle the final impedence of the subs while it is bridged first though.

    i think my amp is 250@ 4 ohms, so if i get 2 8 ohm subs, and bridge the amp, that shu;d be good rite?

    Yup!

    What model of MTX amp? If Memory serves- most MTX amps can take 2 ohms mono without much trouble- which in that case, you could use 2 4 ohm subs and then bridge the amp.

    sounds good, its an mtx thunder 102, so if i can, it wuld be better 2 get 2 4 ohm subs, and bridge the amp rite?

    on a side note.. it seems all the kicker comps ive seen r 'free air' models, will that effect how they sound in my sealed box
