someone rang?
yeah for the price the MOFO is a great sub. It takes the power like a champ and sadly my car cannot lol. Very loud, louders than my 2 Lanzar Max12's and that had double the cone area, i highly recommend this sub if your an SPL enthusiast.

I would steer away from power acoustik and audiobahn. They will get really loud but in general sound like poo. I would look in the following.
Re SE12 reaudio.com
Soundplinter RL-i 12" driver http://www.soundsplinter.com/rli_ser...subwoofer.html
Incrimiator Audio 187 12" http://www.incriminatoraudio.com/
All will be very loud in the proper ported enclosure and will have wonderful SQ
Mine: CDT, Eclipse, Diamond Audio, Dayton, Aura
Wifey: Infinity, Concept, Pioneer, Profile, JBL
Refs: Ruckus, MSSOKC

And they are all pretty cheap.
An adire shiva would also be a good choice www.adireaudio.com

Would you reccomend 12's or 15's for all around loudness and recoil speed.I listen to everything from rock to rap. What can play real deep and keep up with rock music.
Thanks

BTW, "recoil speed" is not dependent upon cone diameter. Transient response is mainly box and inductance related.
