will these work with a hifonics amp?

I Am thinking about getting either 2 Rockford Fosgate P3 @ dual 4 ohm and 12 inches
but not sure if it will work well without blowing out on me
Do you think it can work with a hifonics 1500 d watt amp? Can it work without going up in smoke if both subs are set up for 2 ohms each?
Money is a factor in this one so is it a good but for $150?

I dont think youll have a problem with it blowing out, itll work good with the hifonics.

thats what the gu at the shop told me but I dont trust them too much cuz all they are all about is making a quick $$$...
was also wondering If this is a good SLP sub or more of a sq sub.

and how does it compare to the audiobahn ALUM12Q sub? and will that work on a 1500 watt amp?

I guess one of bahns better subs is that aluminum series. Those would work fine with that amp as well. And I would say those subs are a little of both. There not gonna pound extremley hard but with that amount of power they probably will? What kind of box were you going to use? RF's are good though for the SQ and SPL

Plan to use them in a sealed box..And I prefer SPL over SQ

plan to run them in a ported box, if you wanted the SPL

You should be fine, those subs are prolly just like the hx2's there perfect with them and wang in a ported box.....
