when you need to get electrical upgrades

at what wattage rms is it usually found alternator and new batteries may be required. im considering three setups and one of them is a xxx which is 1600rms. ill be buying the amp to match whatever i get. the other option is 2 SEs which will only be 1200rms. so im thinkin its possible that the 2 ses wont need all the $$ in electrical upgrades cost close to the same and hit harder but will take a bigger box. thanks alot cus im not that seriously into it that i wanna go spend an extra $500 to upgrade the alt and batt and big 3. maybe big 3 or batt but i jus would rather not go that far. thanks.

really shouldnt post two similar threads in the same category. shoulda posted this in electrical. personally i think the same amp could power the 2SE's or the XXX
