Is it a stock HU? If so try upgrading to MOSFET circuit HU. Maybe that would help.

that has nothing to do with his problem.

    To the original Poster:

You are starving your electrical system of power, and you are most likely getting severe voltage drops. when the voltage drops too low for the amps, they'll go into protect mode until the voltage comes back up.

To fix this problem you can do some or all of the following (there is no capacitor option because thats just stupid)
    1) upgrade the main run of wire to the amplifiers. what are you running now? is it to small to get the correct amount of power to the amps?
2)Upgrade the "big 3" under your hood to help with the increased demand on the electrical system. (http://forum.sounddomain.com/ubb/ult...c;f=5;t=007801)
    3) get a better battery
    4) upgrade to a High Output alternator.

Don't PM me, I'm not here. Find me on SSA or ROE
    No, I won't re-upload the Big3 pictures. Don't ask.

Well when I had my stock HU It did that to me all the time at high volume, when I upraded to my pioneer I got pure nice sound at high volume without cuttouts, thats why I suggested it.
