    3 to 6 cubes is going to make a huge differnce here... where was your gain set and also where was you filters set, u may have possible had them set wrong....what guage of power and ground did you have ran?

    i thought it was 6 cu ft., yea moe lester did build it for me and he did a great job too. i just forgot the cu footage. anyway, the sub sonic filter is NOT adjustable, it starts at 28hz. i'm running 4ga wire to the amp and have very slight dimming when the volume is up loud. I used a multi meter and the gain setting tuturial to give the sub 700rms.

    haha i was reading down the thread and just about to post that cuz i didnt think anyone would think of that. well u guys beat me to it . I mean a 12 should have more like a max of 3.0 cubes or so. 6 is hella high.
