Does anyone know if/how the Qes of the subwoofer if the voice coils are ran in parallel or series? I know that a change in Qes will give a different change in sealed airspace requirements.

Are you asking how the Qes changes? I don't quite understand the question...Originally posted by dreamer

Any time there is a change in inductance, there is usually a change in Qes. In a DVC system, typically they measure Qes when the coils are in parallel. When the resistance of a system of voice coils on one woofer change, the inductance could change. If the inductance changes, the Qes changes. All this is just theory in my head now, and I wanted to know if anyone could confirm or deny this.
