Well, first you'll need to find out the crossover points and the slopes you need. And that's not something you can just pull out of the air....you need to know what will actually work best in your setup and in your car.
Trying to go active with it may be a better choice, that way you atleast have variable xover points. You may even be able to do it with your amps and HU's built in xovers.....but it depends on what they are.

well i have two re 8'' and two alpine sws 10'' runing off a 4 channel old *** rockford 800

Those RE8's are subs, not mids. They will not perform adequately as mids as that's not what they are designed to do. Everything I have seen straight from RE about this is them advising against using the RE8's as mids.

is there any way to run these subs togather with less distortion?
