    that ive heard for best subs, it have to be the directed comp x's. These puppies are very space forgiving for there output. They outdid the rockford fosgate hx2s i listened to, and they only need a box that is .6 sealed(real good for mutiple woofers)

    That thing will rip your head off, 2000 series, had it running off a jst a few hundred watts, and man did it hit hard....
    cant wait till i get a new amp for it, any suggestions? its eitehr gouing to be the JBL 1200.1 or the Lightning audio 1000.1...any otehrs similar price? under 3?

    IVE HERD THE RFL152 AND THEY HAVE FK ALL SQ BUT CAN OUT POUND 4 ALPINE TYPER 15" ERS SO THEY GO PRETY HARD BUT YOU NEED 250 RMS PER COIL TO EVEN MAKE IT MOVE

    i think hes trying to say that hes trying to say that it hits hard, but sounds like a big freakin fart....
    also that its a bit of a power hog, and it takes a lot of power to even push taht thing...

    for sq, alpine type r's and the white ones, the xr's i believe and last but not least, PPI PRO subs, the flat piston ones...

    Do them flat subs really sound good? I never heard one but I been seeing them on the net alot.

    i know a couple guys who used em for sq, they werent too bad...but man were they ever loud....what do you think alam gates used in the beast before kicker. one guy in our city used to have a caravan with 8 flat piston 15's and 8 ppi pc1400 amps.
