YOu need to give more info on the 15s. Both are pretty good companies, and im an rf guy, but i would say memphis has some good *** subs. But give the models that you are looking at!!

yeah if your talking about the LVS series subwoofer's that memhis makes then yes the memphis would rip a new one in the lighting. now if your talking about the top end lightning and like the SHP or the HPO memphis subs then they are about even in my opinion. either way you better have a lot and i mean a lot of power with either of them. otherwise that would just be wrong.
