    kickers and fosgates

i'm currently looking to replace my stock system with something richer and fuller, i have already purchased a pair of 10" kicker xpl's but don't really know much about them and can't seem to find much info on them. i also have a fosgate punch 400.4 which i plan to run bridged to 200w x 2ch, the xpl's are rated at 350wrms/700wpk each. will this be enough power? i don't want to compete, but be able to bump out a little. also i have been looking at the fosgate punch 300x (37.5w x 4ch) to power the front and rear speakers. will these 2 amps compliment each other properly? and finally can anyone tell me which would be the best choice of 5" x 7"/6" x 8" s, the kicker k57's, the kenwood kfc-6808c's, the pioneer ts-a6867's or offer a good alterative. any info will be greatly appreciated, especially if anyone can tell me more about the xpl's.
    THANX

I agree. You'll have a better system for less if you put the 400.4 to your highs and get a JBL amp for your subs.
I'm thinking your subs are actually more like 350/700 peak for the pair. 350w is the peak of the XPL's. So rms is more like 175-200w. You'll still be ok with the 600.1, but you also have the option of getting the 300.1 if you want, which is only like $145.
You can look into Infinity for the speakers, if you want a different name. I think Kicker actually makes some 5 x 7" components, I'd go with those.

I'm never wrong, EVER! Just ask me.
