Has anyone used this sub before --->

AUDIOBAHN AW1500Q 15" SUB
I was wondering if anyone had used this sub before so they could clue me in, as to what the actual power this sub can handle. Its rated at 800 / 1600 , its going to be run mono. Also suggestions on amps would be great preferably ones that run under 200$ thanks (2 ohm mono )

I once got one for a temp...and thats exactly what it was good for was temp. Its so so I guess. Blatty sound not really clean at all. As far as the 800 watt RMS..I wouldn't give that thing no more than 5-600 watts RMS. Doing that you should be able to get at least a good 2-3 weeks out of it.

For amps you could go to eBay and pick up a Kicker DX700 (761 watts RMS) for $140 something or etronics for a JBL 600.1 I forgot the price...but that would be around 650 watts RMS. So...its up to you. Both are under $200 shipped.

thanks, you really sure it cant handle 800 rms? and is it really that bad?
